what to expect
Before your shoot, we’ll connect to discuss the property, the vision, and any specific features you want highlighted. On the day of the shoot, I’ll capture a full collection of professional images, video, and aerial content designed to showcase the home from every angle.
I’ll focus on creating bright, inviting, and high-quality visuals that not only highlight the property itself, but also create a feeling for potential buyers scrolling through listings online. After your session, your photos and media will be professionally edited and delivered ready to use for MLS, social media, websites, and marketing materials. Any included virtual staging will be completed with realistic enhancements that help buyers visualize the potential of the space.
My goal is to provide more than just photos, I create polished marketing content that helps agents present their listings professionally and make a lasting impression.
Travel & mileage
Travel within Durham Region and the GTA is included in all packages. Projects located in Peterborough County and Kawartha Lakes are subject to an additional travel fee to cover mileage, travel time, and vehicle expenses.

Kawartha Lakes: +$50–$75 (depending on location)
